Beat Cough With Home Remedies
A cough is a forceful, noisy explosion of breath. It attempts to clear the passages of anything that causes irritations. One cause of irritation is bronchitis (inflammation of the bronchi); heavy smoking is another. Coughing is a symptom of many conditions, from common cold to serious diseases like whooping cough, emphysema, tuberculosis, and lung cancer.
Coughing may be relieved, but not cured, by cough medicines. However, one can manage to treat and prevent cough with home remedies. Cough home remedy treatment is very effective and affordable.
Water can help ease cough. One may have water as a drink or an addition for a steamy bath or vaporizer. Some home remedies for Cough are gargling with salt and warm water can also be helpful by cutting phlegm.
Drink lots of hot tea with lemon and raspberry jam. Add two tablespoons of glycerine and two tablespoons of honey to the lemon juice. Take 1 teaspoonful daily. Warm one teaspoon of honey and then stir in a teaspoon of lemon juice.
Aloe Vera Mix that comprises of aloe juice and honey is also a common cough home remedy. This is very good for an itchy cough.
Take some eucalyptus leaves and mint leaves and boil them together in water. Now inhale its vapors. It will help you in curing cough and is also one of the good home remedies for cough.
Use ginger as a tea and drink 6 oz several times a day, as needed. Take 1 cup water and bring it to a boil. In this add on 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain). Boil. Add 1 tsp of honey and drink it twice a day.
Saturate slices of oranges in wine overnight. Cook in the morning until the slices are very soft. Eat several times a day. It is also good for fighting phlegm. Mullein soothes and relaxes the lungs and bronchial tubes, which eases a cough.
Other Home Remedies for Cough:
1. Add a gram of turmeric powder to a teaspoon of honey for curing dry cough.
2. Drink hot milk with honey at bedtime.
3. Make cough syrup from baked onion juice, comfrey tea, and honey.
4. Apple cider vinegar Sprinkle apple cider vinegar on your pillowcase before bedtime.
5. Essential oil of juniper- A few drops may be used in hot water for cough relief.
6. A cup of grape juice mixed with a teaspoon of honey is recommended for cough relief.
7. Apple cider vinegar Sprinkle apple cider vinegar on your pillowcase before bedtime.
8. Drink herbal tea with cinnamon to stop the coughing.

? Warm up olive oil and smear it on the upper part of your body.
? Cut onion to small pieces and mix it with onion. You should take a few spoons a day from the liquid you made.
? Boil half a glass of milk with a half glass of soda, drink immediately with small sips.
? Smash a root of horse radish, add a tablespoon of milk and steaming water. Wait until it is lukewarm and drink it.
? Put salt and black pepper powder on a cut of lemon and suck it.
? Get a grape juice, add a tablespoon of honey to it and drink it.
? A herbal cinnamon tea is very useful for coughing. Drink it while it's warm.
? Breathing the steam of a boiling water should relieve the cough.
? Take three teaspoons of oregano and put it in warm water. Drink it when the water gets lukewarm.
? Blanch lemon grass, honey and 1 garlic clove. Add A little warm water to it and drink it.
