AmericaHomeToday.com Launches Utah Home Makeover 2008

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) April 18, 2008 -- AmericaHomeToday.com (http://www.americahometoday.com) today announced the launch of Home Makeover 2008 (http://www.americahometoday.com/homemakeover/stories.php), a contest that will award one deserving Utah family with a $50,000 home remodel. AmericaHomeToday.com is a localized resource and rating community connecting homeowners and home service professionals. The company will join with KSL and the home service professionals featured on their site to give one lucky homeowner a home remodel later this year.

Utahans can nominate deserving families from April 18 to September 1 at http://www.americahometoday.com/homemakeover/stories.php after completing a simple site registration. Each submission should include a description of the family being nominated and why they are deserving of a home makeover. Photos and video of the nominated families are also encouraged.

"With a slowing economy and housing market, we know there are many struggling Utah families," said Zak Nugent, CEO of AmericaHomeToday.com. "As a local resource for Utah homeowners, we want to lighten the burden for one deserving family. I'm excited to see the inspiring submissions, and can't wait to complete the winning remodel."

During the submission period, each nominated family can be rated by the public on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the most deserving of a home makeover. After the September 1 deadline, the top 10 rated families will be researched to confirm they are truly in need of a home remodel, and then a celebrity panel will choose the winning family.

AmericaHomeToday.com and their home service professionals will then award the winning family with a $50,000 home remodel to be completed in just 10 days. For more information or to nominate a deserving family, please visit http://www.americahometoday.com/homemakeover/stories.php.
