Imagine if you consider to buy a ready-made house, you will have to buy all those functions and the design of the house that you do not like. Therefore, if you are in the situation that you still be able to choose, I would recommend that you should hire professional to build your own house.

However, it still not easy to get it done, as there are so many factors to concern in order to ensure that you will get the right house plan design, to have the construction going smoothly and all within the budget. What I am trying to say is that build your own house has great benefit, meanwhile it also has very great disadvantage too.

This is the most important one. The size of the house is really matter to the construction and obviously for the budget that you have. Choosing the home plan design that is not suitable to the space of the land is really harmful to both of you and your neighbor. If you choose the plan that too big, it will definite cost you a lot more than expect and other budget might be affected due to this matter. You should have an advice from architect about the proper size of the plan that will match to the size of the land.

Secondly, it is about the design of the house. As I already mentioned that you can have any design if you plan to build your own house, but wait!

It does not mean that you will always have perfect design. You have to learn about information about each type of home design, about their pros and cons. This is because each type of home designs has their own characteristics. However, from my experience, I can learn that many people love to adapt the home design rather than accepting the standard design of each type of house. So it is really necessary for you to consider as outlined above.
