Two Institute for Luxury Home Marketing Training Sessions Scheduled for California this Spring
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) February 11, 2008 -- The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing will take its Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation training to Northern and Southern California in March and April of this year.
The two training events will be the first in the Golden state since The National Association of Realtors' Council of Residential Specialists approved The Institute's designation training for two units of elective credit toward the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Both sessions are open to Realtors from any brokerage firm in or outside of California.
In northern California, the two-day training is scheduled for March 27 and 28 in downtown San Francisco and will be hosted by Zephyr Real Estate. In southern California, the training will be in Beverly Hills on April 17 and 18. The host firm is Keller Williams - Beverly Hills. Details and registration forms for the programs can be found on the Course Schedule at http://www.luxuryhomemarketing.com.
Attendees of the programs will become members of The Institute, and be eligible to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. Laurie Moore-Moore, Institute founder will conduct the training.
"Our luxury home marketing training focuses on working with buyers and sellers in the top 10 percent of the residential market," says Moore-Moore. "In today's real estate environment, it is more important than ever that real estate professionals understand how to effectively price, position, package, and promote their luxury listings. They must also recognize the different categories of luxury buyers and be able to implement LifeStyle? marketing."
"Our members understand the special needs of the affluent, have the special skills necessary to market unique luxury properties, and are prepared to deliver the level of service demanded," added Moore-Moore.
The two day course includes information on luxury residential trends, demographics of the luxury buyers and seller, special competencies required to serve the affluent, and exclusive research information on how to recognize and best serve the six key categories of the wealthy. The Institute's CLHMS designation is the only designation approved as the official luxury designation for a number of national and regional real estate brands.
The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the premier training and research organization serving real estate professionals who work in the luxury home market internationally. For more information, visit www.LuxuryHomeMarketing.com.
