Save Your Money, Start Exercising At Home

Has anyone told you lately "Hey, you've put on a little weight"? I was told that recently and decided it's time to do something about it. The usual thoughts ran through my head. Start eating better by laying off the junk food. Get of the couch and onto the bike more. Join a gym. Join a gym? Have you seen what that cost these days? First, I'm 44 years old work fairly long hours. The closest gym is 30 minutes away and they want $ 1600.00 a year to join. I started to check out how much a home gym would cost. Surprisingly, it wasn't as much as I thought. I have an extra room in my house and why not put it to a good use?

Now that I have my mission I set out to find my new home gym. There are a lot of options and of course every price range you could think of came up on my search under "home gyms". I wanted a piece of equipment that had quality, stability and was cost effective. Naturally, I wanted to stay under my $1500.00 budget. After looking at quite a few home gym sites, I settled on one that gave me some confidence and variety. My selection was for the Powertec Workbench Multi System Home Gym. It is awesome and was just what I needed to get me back in shape and feel better about myself. I know what your thinking but no I do not work for Powertec or the website I bought it from. I just felt the need to get the word out t that same person who has had a similar experience lately. The old saying is true, your not getting any younger. However, that doesn't mean you can't get fitter, healthier and feel good again.

So stop making excuses and start looking good again. You know you owe it to your family and let' s face it, you owe it to yourself.
