Yes it is unfair to be in the position where you are made to choose between two of the things that you value most in your life, but the thing is, if your career is too demanding and it often takes you away from your little ones, it is high time for you to re-evaluate your priorities.

Is it possible to have both a flourishing career and a happy family life? Definitely, it is possible to have both. The best way for you to be with your family most of the time while fulfilling your career goals, is to work at home. Thanks to the advancement in technology, you can now work in the comforts of your home with the use of your personal computer with a good internet connection.

There are many advantages of working at home. Not only will you be able to directly supervise the daily activities of your children, you will also have enough time to do the things that you really like to do around the house.
