'A Place Called Home' Presents it's Inaugural Stars & Strikes Celebrity Bowling Event
Los Angeles, CA (PRWeb) February 18, 2007 -- "Stars & Strikes: Celebrity Bowling Event" is an event that will benefit A Place Called Home (APCH) youth center in South Central Los Angeles which has served over 4,000 at-risk children with programs that include a Los Angeles Unified School District "alternative" school, literacy and tutoring, dance, music, creative arts, health and well-being services, counseling, sports/recreation programs and APCH's nationally recognized mentoring program. The Stars & Strikes: Celebrity Bowling Event is put on by the Leadership Council of A Place Called Home (APCH), and will feature top celebrity Headliners including: Mark Wahlberg, Omarion, Marques Houston, Eddie Steeples, Keke Palmer and Erica Hubbard with more names to be announced.

More: The Stars & Strikes: Celebrity Bowling Event offers both individual tickets and sponsorship packages. Individual tickets are $75 and include bowling, dinner, and cocktails; a $250 VIP ticket includes bowling, dinner, cocktails, VIP after party, ¼ page in event journal, and sponsoring (3) activities for one child at A Place Called Home. Sponsorship packages range from $2,500 to $25,000.
